Why do people not like cops? There are a few things going on here. First of all, most of the time when people talk to the police, it’s because something bad has happened in their lives. Either something terrible happened to them and cops went to help, but they probably couldn’t do as much as people would have liked to.

People might be mad at them because they caught them doing something wrong, or they might be mad because they were accused of something they didn’t do.
Cops Are Heroes
Also, let’s think about how people are much more likely to remember and repeat bad experiences than good ones. It’s natural that it’s harder to forget bad memories than good ones. Because of this, we often hear that police officers have a terrible reputation, that they’re not nice people, and that they can’t do anything well.

We’re here to show you that this way of thinking is just a deception. Cops are unique. They are normal humans as we are, and they do have many heroics that don’t shout loud everywhere. This police officer is one of those heroes.
