#14: Clarence Nash – Donald Duck
Clarence Nash provided the original voice of Donald Duck from 1934 until his passing in 1985. Fun fact: Nash was actually a farmer with a barnyard full of ducks! It’s almost as if this role was made for him. He was known to most of his friends as ‘Ducky’ and to the world as Donald.
Nash’s voice acting made Donald one of the most recognizable and loved of all Disney characters. His Donald Duck performance appeared in hundreds of cartoons over the course of a 50-year career. He also narrated several early feature-length Disney films, including the first, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937).
