#9: Tara Strong – Bubbles
Tara Strong has voiced hundreds of characters, but Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls was one of her first signature roles and is still one of her most memorable ones (and a personal favorite). We know what you’re wondering and no, the three girls were not all voiced by the same actress.
Strong manages Bubbles’s high-pitched yet innocent glee and brings life to this animated character. Her performance shows us that Bubbles is more than just a cute, little, delicate girl: she is a superhero and an inspiration to young girls.
