Far from Over
If you know anything about semicolons, you probably know that they’re sort of like a short-term period. They’re usually used between two sentence fragments to indicate that both ideas can be expressed in one breath. Semicolons also symbolize an idea, thought, or belief that isn’t over yet.
This person explains their tattoo best with the caption. “My story isn’t over.” Nobody’s story is truly over until their final breath, and even then, just like Rainy from early, someone else can continue your story and legacy. We hope everyone out there has a happy ending to their story, but we hope even more that we all still have a long way to go before reaching the end.
