You’d think a lack of turn signals would mean more accidents, but Kansas is really low on the list. It’s logical because there’s no need to turn. Kansas has one of the highest rates of straight roads in the country. Endless asphalt as far as the eye can see.
Here are some fun facts about Kansas for you. It’s called The Sunflower State due to the state flower, but most people call it Tornado Alley due to the average of 91 tornadoes per year. The state bird is the meadowlark, and the name Kansas comes from the Kansa Native Americans.
