#41: South Carolina Gets Snow, Y’all
I don’t know why I think it’s so funny that states that get snow complain about the heat in the summertime, but I do. South Carolina receives, on average, about 12 inches of snow annually. Granted, it can get up to 95 degrees in the summer with a record of 109, but that’s nothing compared to some of the more southern states.
Texas also averages 95 degrees Fahrenheit, but their record high was 120! Georgia comes in at 112. Texas has an average snowfall of 0.1 inches, while Georgia has less than an inch. Move on down to a truly southern state, then complain about the heat.
