#8: Delaware Starter Pack
If you’re moving to Delaware, there’s a lot you need to do to prepare. Owning a snow plow is pretty high on the list if you plan to leave your house between February and April. What’s so funny is that it rarely actually snows in Delaware, so when it does, everyone gets stuck because DelDOT isn’t prepared to plow the whole area.
Delaware averages about 13 inches of snow annually, starting in February with about 9 inches on average. That may not seem like a lot to y’all, but I see less than three inches each year where I’m from, and our whole state shuts down. For those wondering, you can get a snow plow attachment for your car for around $199 at Best Buy. Thanks, Snow Joe!
