Wrong! He never says it, though he does say similar things at various times. I wonder if The Original Series’ age has something to do with it; I bet there aren’t that many people anymore who go back and watch it, so I bet for a lot of people, hearing that quote in other pop culture properties is the only exposure that they have to the show.
