#4: Derby Racer Roller Coaster
Operating in Revere, Massachusetts, from 1911 to 1936, the Derby Racer Roller Coaster came from an era when amusement ride regulations were still developing. During its 25-year run, the ride was linked to three people passing away and many serious injuries. Mounting safety concerns eventually led Massachusetts authorities to order its demolition.
