#9: Knott’s Berry Farm Perilous Plunge
Perilous Plunge opened at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California, as one of the tallest water rides of its time. In 2001, a rider fell from the attraction and passed away after reportedly slipping from her restraints. The ride continued operating for years before being removed in 2012.
