Be Descriptive If Necessary
The box in the previous picture had the label “Toni’s books.” That’s pretty much all that person needed to know what’s inside the box. Labeling everything should inform you in just a glance of where a box belongs and where the next box has to go.

But don’t be afraid to be descriptive in the labeling process. For instance, if there are fragile items in the box, write the word “fragile” on it. While professional movers may handle your stuff with care, if you directly inform them of fragile or glass items within a box, they’ll be extra-careful when handling them.
