Ice Eggs in Findland
In Finland, a photographer by the name of Risto Mattila discovered eggs made entirely out of ice! These weather phenomena only occur rarely, and this occurrence was seen on Hailuoto Island in the Gulf of Bothnia between Finland and Sweden.
Every year, small pieces of ice are rolled over by water and wind, which experts say forms the eggs. Even though this situation isn’t common, it does occur annually on Finnish coastlines.
