Not the Cleanest
It turns out that the birthplaces of newborns are not always the cleanest. Local physicians are well aware of the dangers and begin administering antibiotic therapy as soon as an expecting mother enters the hospital. They continue to do so until she departs.
Interesting fact: hospitals do not feed patients. When Tahiya became pregnant and was taken to the hospital, her husband brought her a variety of favorite foods, including chocolate croissants, vegetable sandwiches, and yogurt. The good news is that her babies were healthy.
