Small Problems
Have you ever met someone who makes a mountain out of a molehill? I mean, we all have that one friend who freaks out over a misplaced pen or a typo in an email. But, recent studies have shown that people who make big problems out of small issues may have what’s known as “micro stressors.”
They’re all walking around with a stress backpack; every little problem they encounter is just another rock in the bag. Of course, if you’re like me, your stress backpack is more like a stress suitcase with a broken zipper. But hey, at least I’ve got plenty of micro stressors to choose from!
