When it comes to neighbors, you can never really know what they are doing behind closed doors… People always think that their neighborhood is the best, safest, and most accommodating. But what happens when you realize that there might be some dodgy things happening in your area and you have no idea? They should really change that saying to “Keep your friend close, but your neighbors closer”… Having wacky neighbors is just part of life, but the residents of this neighborhood in Toliara, Madagascar started smelling something horrible, they knew something was wrong. This is the story of how one neighborhood came together to get to the bottom of a very stinky situation.
Let’s Start From the Beginning
Off the coast of Madagascar lives a small town called Toliara. For the most part, Toliara is best known for importing and exporting goods such as cotton, rice, soap, and peanuts. It is safe to say that nothing too dramatic ever happens in this town, or at least that was true until recently when a particular neighborhood started smelling something terrible…
The neighbors of the area were all pretty sure that the awful smell was coming from a particular abandoned house across the street… But it begs the question if the house was abandoned, why would it smell so bad? Some neighbors did mention that they had seen people entering and leaving the property from time to time, but the house was mainly deserted.
