Structures of Authority
Because North Korea is a communist nation, propaganda is openly exhibited across the country, particularly on the exteriors of official buildings. This is especially true in the capital city of Pyongyang. The architecture of this skyscraper and the one that was constructed in South Korea couldn’t be more different from one another.
There is a significant difference between the government buildings in the north and those in the south, which are more modern and, for the most part, blend in with the structures that already exist in the neighbourhood in which they are located. There is a wide gap between the two sets of buildings.
