People are trying harder and harder to find a moment of peace and relaxation in their busy 9-to-5 jobs. For years, we’ve read that you should exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, but nobody has the time or energy to get out and run after a hard day at the office.
More and more people are trying to squeeze exercise into their busy schedules, which means dropping everything and just doing yoga stretches on top of a table in the office. If you’ve never worked in an office before, you’d be surprised what people would do to increase mindfulness.
