Perhaps one of the hardest things for seniors to wrap their heads around is the fact that not all banks today have brick and mortar buildings in town. You no longer have to drive to your local bank, go inside, and wait in line for a teller to transfer money from your savings account into your checking account. Many banks no longer have actual storefronts. For the older generation whose parents lived through the Stock Market crash of 1929, it is hard to trust an online entity with their hard-earned money.
