
Who can really say how and why certain regional laws get printed in black and white when there’s really no rhyme or reason to excuse them? The local politician might have received enough pointed complaints from one faction of his demographic and said, “I’ll take care of this!” All of a sudden, it’s illegal to eat ice cream in public on a Sunday.
