#19: Double Dare (1986)
Originally premiering as the first-ever gameshow for the Nickelodeon network, Double Dare pitted two teams of kids against one another over the course of various mental and physical (and slimy) challenges.
The team with the highest score competed in an elaborately and outrageously messy (again, read: slimy!) obstacle course for a chance to win the grand prize. Hosted by Marc Summers, the 1993 show enjoyed a successful run, with a two-season revamp in 2018.
