This is the second post that you may find on Facebook.
Due to the written data that Dan acquired from the animal shelter where he adopted Diggy, he was unable to determine whether or not Diggy was a pit bull. According to his legal representatives, the authorities were unable to locate the dog because they lacked the skills and experience necessary to do so.
Dan’s consistent posts on Facebook kept his followers informed, even though they had little reason to believe that anything good could be on the way. To keep Dan’s dog would require him to pay a fine of $500 and serve time in jail. If things came to a head like this, Dan and Diggy would be absolutely crushed.
