Diggy was required to leave as a result of the law
Spending time with Diggy was enjoyed by people just as much as time spent with any other person. In the course of an interview, Dan made reference to the fact that the officers had informed him that “he seemed to be a fine lad.” After the event, he asserted that the police had photographed Diggy at some point.
The photographs of the dog led the authorities to the conclusion that Dan’s beloved pet, Diggy, was a mix of pit bull and another breed of dog. Because of this, he was only given three days to get rid of the dog before facing consequences.”It’s a pretty basic case of an ordinance that makes it apparent to us what is permissible and what is not,” says Scott Underwood, the Chief of Police in Waterford.
