Ignore Constitution
Despite the fact that it may appear clear to some, it may not be to everyone. The president has broad powers, including the authority to declare war, grant amnesty, and pardon criminals, but he or she is nonetheless subject to the same laws that apply to the rest of us.
The House of Representatives has the power to vote to impeach the president at any time if the president has breached the law on a regular basis. Presidents may be tried in court like any other citizen by the United States Senate.
