Remove The Legality Of Same-Sex Marriage
Right now, same-sex marriage is a constitutional right that no one, not even the president, can alter. Supreme Court rulings are the sole means by which any type of change may occur; unfortunately, they are almost seldom produced.
As an added bonus, it’s unlikely a president could amend the law to allow for same-sex marriage without inciting widespread uproar in society. Fortunately, the Supreme Court has already made a decision on the matter.
