Narcissists are not easy to deal with, and things can get even more complicated when they’re your mother.

A narcissistic mother sees her kids as an extension of herself rather than individual people. They may feel above others, lack empathy, experience hypersensitivity to criticism, and may be oblivious to the damage they’re causing.
