#38: Ronald Reagan
Not every president has had a positive impact on the nation, but there is little to fault when it comes to the presidency of Ronald Reagan. Having first started off as an actor, Reagan swiftly took over the hearts of the American people as the 40th president of the United States.
Having survived an assassin shooting, Reagan repeatedly proved his resilience to the American people. Having an IQ of 130, Ronald Reagan had a charismatic nature about him that was unmatched by any other president. Sadly he passed away in 2004, leaving behind a strong legacy of peace and prosperity in the United States.
