The first ever president to be the son of a former U.S. president was the 6th president of the United States, John Quincy Adams. Throughout the history of the United States, there have been many familial connections between presidents, however nothing quite as close as father and son.
From 1825-1829, John Quincy Adams fought for what he believed to be right. With an IQ of 175, he was certainly a force to be reckoned with as he was well versed in many topics after graduating from Harvard and speaking fluently in 7 different languages.
