In the Kingdom of the Trees, to be Precise.
The sound of a tree falling in the woods was not heard because no one was nearby to hear it. That, in my opinion, is the situation! Despite their tremendous size (they stand 379 feet tall and have a diameter of 29 feet), these massive trees create an unintelligible cacophony on the forest floor.
“BOOM!” This kind of tree, known as the redwood, is one of the oldest on the planet, with a lifespan of up to 1,800 years and the ability to regenerate. If I lived long enough, growing a tree would be a logical next step for me to do. Northern California and Oregon have a higher concentration of these beautiful trees than the rest of the state.
