When it comes to being in the spotlight, there are certain things that come with the territory… The Frankes are a family of 8 who rose to fame after their YouTube channel gained significant traction for their representation of family values, love, and parenting. Whilst many people resonate with these values and enjoy their content, parents Ruby and Kevin Franke have recently received backlash for their unique and disciplinary style of parenting. But just like anything with social media, people rarely see and understand the whole picture… After having Child Protective Services show up at their home and people all over the world accusing them of child abuse, the family wants to set the record straight and tell their side of the story…

#1: Meet the Frankes
Each and every family is special in its own way, and the Franke family is all about celebrating the beauty of family values. In today’s world, there is no denying that family values are ever-changing and look different for each and every person. And that’s partly the reason why the Franke family wants to share their story…

The family of 8 are all members of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints in Utah. It might seem somewhat unconventional for a family like this to choose to share their way of life, their religion, and their everyday lives with the world, but that’s exactly why they chose to start their YouTube channel, 8 Passengers, in 2015.
