#21: Dill Weed
Dill weed is another name for the leaves of the dill plant. It tastes a bit similar to black licorice (like fennel seeds) and is often used in breads, meat dishes, potato salads, salad dressings, soups, and stews. Naturally, dill weed is also used to make pickles and adds an earthier, fresher, and herbier taste.
