The 2003 Oakland Raiders returned much of the roster that had reached the Super Bowl the previous season, including veterans like Jerry Rice, Tim Brown, and Rich Gannon. Instead of contending again, the aging team quickly broke down physically and mentally. Oakland fell from first place to last place and finished with only four wins.
