#7: A Low Hum Near Yellowstone Lake
Visitors near Yellowstone Lake have occasionally described a faint, continuous hum that seems to emanate from the ground or water. Given the park’s active geothermal system, underground movement is a plausible source. Still, the sound is not consistently present or easily measured, which keeps it in the category of observed but not fully explained phenomena. It adds another layer to an already dynamic landscape.
