Strange countries so small they barely exist

The Nation of Celestial Space (1949) was founded by James Thomas Mangan, who claimed ownership of the entire universe except Earth. Although governments ignored his declaration, Mangan created official-looking coins, stamps, and documents. His unusual idea came before the Outer Space Treaty (1967), which banned countries from claiming territory beyond Earth.
