Tatjana Patitz Then
Hamburg-native Tatjana Patitz became an international superstar after appearing on the covers of multiple publications. She began modeling in the early 1980s in her teens, but after placing third in the Look of the Year contest, she signed a contract and worked in Paris. Things were slow at first, but when she modeled for British Vogue, things started moving a lot more quickly.
In the 1990s, Tatjana would get the chance to star alongside several of her fellow supermodels in George Michael’s music video for Freedom! ’90. Later on, she’d settle in Los Angeles, where she would continue her studies while also furthering her modeling career. As the decade progressed, Tatjana would work on ad campaigns for companies like Chanel, Versace, Helmut Lang, and Jean-Paul Gaultier.
