Diana Munz
Diana Munz attended two Olympic Games: in 2000 in Sydney and again in 2004 in Athens. In Syndey, Diana took home the gold medal in the 4×200-meter freestyle and a silver in the 400-meter freestyle. In between these two events, she swept the competition in the 2002 Pan Pacific Championships in Yokohama, taking home four gold medals.
From a young age, Diana’s family knew she would become an incredible athlete, even if she didn’t follow in her father’s footsteps in the world of competitive figure skating. In 2006, she married Palmer DePeltro and welcomed their daughter not long after. Like Elizabeth Beisel, Diana also became an instructor at the SPIRE Institute.
