Carrie Steinseifer
Carrie Steinseifer started her competitive swimming career at 15 years old while attending the 1983 Pan Am Games. There, she would take home two gold medals from the 200-meter and 400-meter freestyle events. In the 1984 Summer Olympics, she’d win an additional three gold medals, two of which came from team relay categories.
