From one hospital TV show to another, Grey’s Anatomy is one of those shows that touched a generation (it has 21 seasons, after all). From the chemistry between characters to dramatic medical plotlines, this show maintained its popularity since 2001. Dr Miranda Bailey made the list of best bosses because she was tough but fair.
