Mr. Krabs makes the list of worst bosses because he’s often so obsessed with money that he exploits SpongeBob. Taking place in the fictional underwater world of Bikini Bottom, SpongeBob has an unwaveringly optimistic view of the world. In contrast to this, Mr. Krabs constantly demands more from his staff and makes heartless decisions driven by his greed.
