#3: Maureen O’Hara (August 17, 1920 – October 24, 2015)
Known as the “Queen of Technicolor,” Irish-born Maureen O’Hara possessed a vibrant beauty that practically leaped off the cinema screen. Her fiery red hair, striking green eyes, and fierce, independent spirit made her a perfect match for sweeping adventures and westerns, most notably her collaborations with director John Ford and star John Wayne in classics such as The Quiet Man.
