#9: Dark Glass for Beer and Olive Oil
Dark-colored glass protects sensitive liquids from light exposure. Beer and olive oil can degrade or develop off flavors when exposed to ultraviolet rays. Amber and green bottles filter out much of this light, preserving taste and quality. This is why clear bottles are less common for these products.
