#12: Faith Hill
Country superstar Faith Hill has a voice that can fill a stadium, and she grew up surrounded by love. Born Audrey Faith Perry in Ridgeland, Mississippi, in 1967, she was adopted as an infant. Her parents, Edna and Ted Perry, raised her in a devout home alongside their two biological sons. She has consistently described her childhood as warm, stable, and completely normal. For her, being adopted wasn’t a source of drama or mystery. It was just a fact of her life. She has said her adoptive family gave her the secure foundation she needed to move to Nashville and pursue country singing.
