Fans create the airflow that gravity would normally provide, restraints keep the user positioned correctly, and waste must enter carefully designed collection systems. Preparation and cleanup take longer than they do at home, especially for someone still learning the equipment. The station has multiple toilet systems, so daily life does not usually require a rigid household rota. Timing still matters during busy operations, maintenance, handovers, or periods when one unit is unavailable.
