Changing his life
After working inside an office space for years, Tom’s life was just going to and from work. He knew that change would vastly improve his mental health so he decided to start hiking. He had read online that this was a great way to not only get exercise but to feel better overall.
What better way to change things up than to spend less time indoors and more time outside with nature? After all, we should all connect with mother earth once in a while. Tom was at home one-night researching places to hike in his area, he never knew about all these trails and landmarks before.
