#6: The Communal Refrigerator Thief
Every workplace refrigerator eventually becomes a crime scene. Someone steals labeled lunches, “borrows” milk, takes one yogurt too many, or leaves behind a container old enough to have workplace seniority. The passive-aggressive notes begin politely, then escalate into moral philosophy. “Please respect other people’s food” becomes “Whoever took my sandwich knows what they did.” Corporate culture is tested not in strategy meetings, but beside a half-empty carton of oat milk.
