#6: The Deep Blue
Only three humans have ever reached the deepest part of the ocean, the Mariana Trench, at 36,201 feet—almost seven miles. While that might not seem very deep, the pressure of the ocean’s water makes it impossible for humans to explore for any time.

Since we’ve never fully explored every corner and crevice of the ocean, we most likely have not discovered every species living there. For all we know, giant creatures could be having the time of their lives down in the most profound areas of the ocean, beautifully oblivious to the existence of humans. It’s cool when you think about it.
