#24: The Ice Cream Truck
While some neighborhoods may still be able to boast a local ice cream truck, the sound of that beloved jingle comes fewer and further between than it did fifty and sixty years ago. From the sense of independence kids might have felt paying for their own treat with a few pennies, to the rush of joy you can only get from a surprise ice cream cone with friends on a hot day, we wish the neighborhood ice cream truck would return with full speed!
