#19: The Boat That Technically Floated (Until It Didn’t)

Due to its lightweight material, duct tape worked on rafts and vessels…..for a while, anyway. The tape eventually absorbed water, increasing its heft and compromising its buoyancy. This made duct tape a temporary fix rather than a long-term solution. In other words, it floated your dad’s boat until gravity sank in.
