Luke’s parents were very supportive and keen on his idea of creating his own tiny house from scratch, but they wanted to make sure he knew this was his own project. Sure, his parents would help here and there, but his father, Greg, was adamant that he learn things independently if he wanted to do this project.
Luke had a long list of things to get through, from understanding how to build the structure of the house to speaking to lots of different people in order to obtain materials, he had his work cut out for him. Not only this, but he also had to understand how to build a suitable budget for his passion project… But Greg wanted his son to be responsible for himself, “It teaches life lessons,” he told ABC.
