Evidence began to pile up
Richard Blake, Tracie’s attorney, claimed that no one had informed him that the case was being examined. Meanwhile, two special detectives spoke with 30 witnesses, and the evidence against Hunter began to pile up like dirty laundry.
According to Tracie, it was the court judge’s office that erred, not her. Claims have been made by her that they acknowledged reporting misleading information concerning court matters. She wasn’t backdating her cases; they were out of date long before she received them and even before she became a juvenile court judge. This is a new strategy for defending oneself.
