Times Americans Proved They Were Clueless

So, confession time: as much as I am a big fan of geography and can reliably label most countries in the world on a map, I am rather more terrible with capital cities, specifically in the Caribbean and Africa. So it would certainly be hypocritical of me to think poorly of someone who doesn’t know the capital city of a country.

However, I pride myself on the fact that I never assume that a whole country is the capital of another country. I wonder if the Norwegians would be more pleased with the idea of being the capital of Sweden, and therefore the most important and influential place there, or irritated being reduced to a mere city in this person’s head.
